through December 2016. If you have been prescribed brand name Auvi-Q
epinephrine autoinjector you should ask your provider to prescribe an alternate
Customers with questions regarding this recall can go to www.Auvi‑Q.com and call 1‑877‑319‑8963 or 1‑866‑726‑6340 Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. ET for information about how to return their Auvi‑Q devices. Sanofi US will provide reimbursement for out of pocket costs incurred for the purchase of new epinephrine auto‑injectors with proof of purchase.

After Hour Emergencies
The Monroe Health Center Board of Trustee Meetings are held on the fourth Wednesday of every month at 6:00 p.m.
and the Board of Health meets quarterly at 5:00 p.m. The
meetings are held in the Learning Resource Center in Union.
